About
A small crew with a big truck
Waybill started in 2011 with one rented truck and a habit of writing everything down. We still work the same way: one survey, one written price, one crew for the whole move.
Our name
Why the waybill
A waybill is the document that travels with a shipment: where it came from, where it is going and what is inside. We give every move one. It lists your rooms, your fragile pieces and the price we agreed, and the crew lead carries it on the day.
That sheet of paper is why our quotes hold. When everything is written down before moving day, there is nothing to argue about at the door, and the crew can spend its time carrying instead of negotiating.
How we work
Three rules on every job
Rule 01
Written, not promised
The price, the date and the inventory are on paper before we arrive. If something changes, it is written down again.
Rule 02
One crew, start to finish
The people who load your home are the people who unload it. No hand-offs between depots or subcontractors.
Rule 03
Careful over quick
We plan enough time to wrap, protect and carry properly. A fixed price means there is no reason to rush.
