Terms of service
The short version of how bookings, quotes and payments work. Your written quote always contains the exact terms for your move.
Quotes
A quote is a fixed price for the move described in the survey. It covers the items, addresses, access and services listed on it.
Changes
If the move changes, for example extra items, another stop or access that was not in the survey, we agree the new price with you in writing before continuing.
Deposits and payment
A deposit holds your date. The balance is due once unloading is complete. Cancellations more than seven days before the move are refunded in full.
Care of your belongings
We wrap, protect and carry your belongings with care. The cover included with your move, and any optional protection, is described on your quote.
Things we cannot move
Hazardous materials, fuel, gas bottles, perishable food, plants on long-distance moves, and cash or valuables you can carry yourself.
