What’s included
A free video or in-home survey, one fixed price in writing, and a crew that stays with your move from the first box to the last. Furniture is blanket-wrapped, mattresses go into fresh covers, and beds and tables are taken apart and rebuilt. Floors, stair rails and doorframes are protected before anything heavy moves. If the day runs long, the price does not change.
On moving day
The crew lead calls thirty minutes before arrival, then walks the rooms with you to agree what goes first and what stays. Fragile items and boxes marked “open first” ride at the back of the truck so they come off first. At the new home every box goes to the room on its label, beds are rebuilt, and the crew does a final walk-through with you before anyone signs anything.
How to prepare
Reserve a parking space for the truck at both addresses, or tell us early and we will apply for a permit. Label each box with its destination room on two sides. Empty, defrost and dry the fridge the night before. Keep keys, chargers, medication and documents in a bag that travels with you, not in the truck. Pets and small children are happiest away from the action.
