What’s included

One truck carries only your belongings, so nothing is transferred between depots on the way. The fixed price covers packing materials for fragile items, loading, fuel, tolls and unloading at the far end. You get a written delivery window before we leave and a named coordinator you can call at any time. An inventory is made at loading and checked off again on arrival.

On moving day

Loading usually takes most of one day for a three-bedroom home. Every item gets an inventory number and a condition note, which you sign at both ends. Your driver checks in each evening on the road. At the destination the crew places furniture, rebuilds beds and takes the packing waste away. If the new home is not ready, storage in transit keeps everything sealed until it is.

How to prepare

Book four to six weeks ahead for a summer or month-end date. Check the access at the new address: long driveways, narrow streets and low trees all affect which truck we send. Sell or donate what you will not need before the survey, because volume drives the price. Pack a first-week box with bedding, a kettle, towels and a few tools.
