Stop 01
Survey
A 20-minute video call or home visit. We list every room, every awkward stair and every fragile shelf.
Stop 02
Fixed quote
One price in writing within a working day. It covers crew, truck, materials and time, and it does not grow on the day.
Stop 03
Pack and load
Boxes arrive a week ahead. On the day the crew protects floors, wraps furniture and loads in room order.
Stop 04
Unload and place
Every box goes to the room on its label. Beds are rebuilt and the crew walks through with you before signing off.
